WAMOW regularly serves an average of 50 participants each day, five days a week.

Although the most a participant is asked to contribute to the cost of the meal is $4.00, approximately 50% of all of the meals delivered are at a cost of only $2.00 each or fully subsidized thanks to generous donations to the program.
Participants of WAMOW consistently report that they are eating healthier and that they feel safer knowing that someone is checking in regularly.
Proper nutrition can improve or maintain wellbeing with access to quality, safe, and adequate food. Difficulty accessing the right balance of nutrition increases the risk of malnutrition, which is more common in adults over the age of 65.
The State of New Hampshire spends an estimated $18 million annually on disease associated with malnutrition in the 65+ age group.
64% of seniors in New Hampshire reported that they eat a healthier variety of foods because of a home delivered meal.
Home delivered meals are often the first service accessed by older adults, and it helps them remain in their homes and communities.
Wellness checks help to identify potential issues and concerns and refer individuals to additional supports as needed.
Approximately 100 wellness checks are requested by WAMOW drivers each year, around fifteen of which require intervention from a family member or immediate medical attention.
51% of New Hampshire seniors report that they are able to continue living in their homes because of home-delivered meals.
19% of seniors in New Hampshire reported that they do not have any visitors other than the meal delivery drivers.
